Replicore is currently provided as a beta-stage software platform and may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete features.

All trading decisions, executions, and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the user.

By using Replicore, you represent that:
- you are legally capable of entering binding agreements;
- you comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Beta Disclaimer
Replicore is offered in an ongoing beta phase.
You acknowledge that:

- service interruptions may occur;
- data delays or synchronization issues may happen;
- the platform may not operate error-free at all times.
The Service is provided for testing and operational use at your own risk.
5. User Accounts

Replicore does not supervise or validate trading activity.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:

- for fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- to manipulate markets or create misleading trading activity;
- to distribute malware or harmful software;
- to impersonate another person or entity;
- to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with external platforms or infrastructure not controlled by Replicore.
We do not guarantee compatibility, uptime, or performance of third-party systems and are not responsible for failures caused by them.
10. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

- technical issues,
- infrastructure events beyond our control.
Replicore is not liable for losses resulting from downtime or interruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and content are owned by Replicore or its licensors.
You may not:

- or exploit the Service without permission.
12. Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Replicore without restriction or compensation.

- indirect or consequential damages,
- account suspensions by brokers or third parties.
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for one month of subscription fees.
14. No Financial Guarantees
Replicore makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
- profitability,
- trading success,
- account growth,
- risk reduction.
Past performance or platform functionality does not imply future results.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if:
- these Terms are violated;
- misuse is detected;
- legal or security risks arise.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial principles and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
